Snyman Debt Administrators was founded in 2012 and specializes in the collection of unpaid debts of high and low value from individuals to commercial entities.
With branches in Bloemfontein and Kimberley and experienced staff working from home in different provinces we successfully and efficiently collect debts throughout South-Africa.

Collection Process
Immediate contact with the debtor: This informs them that their account has been handed over for debt collection. This notification is sent out via email and an SMS campaign. Allocate the case to a consultant. They make use of telephone calls, SMS’s, WhatsApp, letters, emails.
Personal service with one point of contact
Our consultants build a professional relationship with their debtors for optimal success. Our consultants are motivated by performance driven incentives.
Tracing
To update and enhance debtor information our specialised staff performs full tracing and checks through our association with various credit bureaus.
Payment Monitoring & Arrangement Facilitation
Offering flexible payment plans to recover overdue accounts. Payments can be made via debit order, stop order, EFT and in-branch payments.
Reporting
Monthly pay-over statements showing all recovered funds. Progress reports with detailed breakdowns of active accounts. Independent trust account audited annually for full accountability. Dedicated client liaison officers available for assistance and feedback.
Legal
We have a panel of attorneys to assist as a last resort. They do pre – litigation collections on our behalf, without additional cost to our clients and further legal action is an option and can be negotiated.

Johan Snyman
Chief Executive Officer
Johan Snyman graduated from UOFS with a B Proc degree in 1995.
He obtained a PGDip in leadership from the Gordon Institute of Business Science(GIBS).
He started his debt collection career in 1997 at one of the largest debt collection companies in South Africa and worked his way up to become a director and shareholder of the company.
He became COO of the company and dealt with the operations and clients of the company.
He started Snyman Debt Administrators in 2012.
